Calculations run in your browser. This version uses no analytics, advertising trackers, or accounts. Calculator numbers are not included in contact form submissions. Calculator inputs are not stored in browser storage. Scenario links put the numbers in the URL fragment. Anyone you send a link to can read those numbers. Do not include confidential information.

Contacting Dalton

When you submit the contact form, your name, email, optional phone, contact preference, move details, notes, and contact consent are stored privately and controlled by Dalton. We also record a submission identifier, receipt time, consent wording and version, and the form source. Service providers may process request logs to deliver the service.

Dalton uses this information to respond to your real estate request and discuss potential agent introductions. Details should be shared with a receiving agent after discussing that introduction with you. This form does not enroll you in a marketing newsletter or consent to automated marketing calls or texts. You can withdraw contact consent or ask about access, correction, or deletion by calling 337.764.1754 or replying to Dalton’s follow-up. If you receive a text, you can reply STOP to ask that texting stop.

Hosting and external links

A hosting provider may process request logs, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure the site. External resources and messaging apps operate under their own privacy policies.

Use of the tools

Examples are estimates for education. They are not appraisals, credit decisions, loan offers, legal advice, or tax advice. Verify property specific numbers and contract requirements with the appropriate professionals. Referral relationships are explained on the about page.
